  Hot & Cold water dispenser    I bought model sits on floor
  with bottle on top and very small refigerator. I can't find a model # but its brand new. Fridge or hot water does not seem to work.

  no power to hot water switch on back of unit    No hot water. there's no power going to switch on back of unit(i checked with amp-meter).The refrigeration unit works fine.
